We really don't know that much from Episode VIII, but there are some things that can be point out, here are some:
1) Episode VIII will begin right where Episode VII left it.
The director of "The Force Awakens" as well as the crew said that going to the islands to shoot the Episode VII ending was an excuse to hide the real purpose: To begin shooting the opening scene for Episode VIII.
2) Episode VIII will be "darker" than "The Force Awakens".
As mentioned by John Boyega, who plays Finn, Episode VIII will have a much darker plot than that of the previous movie.
3) Since "The Force Awakens" highly resembles "A New Hope" Episode VIII, some speculate, could highly resemble "Empire Strikes Back".
4) Harrison Ford could be back in Episode VIII.
Many speculations have been made that the American-Hero star could be back on the Star Wars big screen, but as a ghost or simply his voice, but his appearance won't be that strong. Some even say he could make a cameo or be an Easter Egg.
